This is the third book in the Empyrean series. This is a continuation of Violet Sorrengails story after becoming a rider in Second Squad, Flame Section, Fourth Wing.

I don’t want to give any spoilers so this will be a brief review. I rated this 5/5 stars. There was spice, action and laughs. In the beginning of the book I was very confused but, I think that was intentional. I loved the growth of the characters. I also enjoyed getting to know some of the characters more.

There was a lot of twists and turns and I am glad that I reread the first 2 books so that I remembered everything that led up to onyx storm. I’m glad we got to learn a little more about signets and that this was an emotional adventure. I cannot wait for the fourth book, whoever that come out. I really need to know what happens next and if any of my theories are correct!!!

I would highly recommend starting the series if you have not already!!!
