After meeting Wyatt she can’t stop thinking about him and how easy it was to talk to him.
Wyatt is a hockey player that sustained an ACL injury and is trying to get back to his old self. His team isn’t doing great right now and Wyatt feels like it’s his fault because he got injured. Meeting Josie, he knew she was different from all the other puck bunnies that try to be around him. She makes him feel like himself and more that the captain of a hockey team. It also helps that she is really interested in hockey as well.
They start to catch feelings for each other really fast and then their interesting relationship starts.
I rated this book 3/5 stars. This was a quick read for me. I needed something to read after Thornhedge, that I knew that I would enjoy. I read this book in one day and enjoyed every second of it. It was really cute and sweet. There is also no third act breakup that I really loved. I also enjoyed the character development. There also wasn’t a lot of plot but I mean I was there for the spice!!!
